The Perpetual Pavement Awards were developed by the Asphalt Pavement Alliance (APA) to recognize long-life asphalt pavements in the U.S. that demonstrate outstanding design and construction. These pavements are recognized in three categories: Perpetual by Performance, Perpetual by Design, and Perpetual by Conversion. The nominations are reviewed and approved by the National Center for Asphalt Technology (NCAT).
